Heart Full of Soul is an annual dinner hosted at the Napa Cafe in East Memphis benefiting the Stax Music Academy. The meal is always cooked by a local chef, and each course is paired with not only a wine, but several Stax songs performed live by local singers and musicians. I got to design the menu, which is always printed as a vinyl album cover.
